Country scope
The main contemporary geography modes use a consistent internal country list so that outlines, flags, capitals, neighbors, exports, and passport progress can refer to the same place. Territories and historical entities may appear in specialized datasets, but they are not silently treated as equivalent to present-day sovereign states.
Passport facts
The passport is a learning record. A fact is revealed only after the player answers the relevant question correctly. Multi-answer categories, such as land borders or cuisine entries, are tracked as individual facts rather than as a single percentage. Completing every revealable fact on a country page earns that country's stamp.
Historical material
Historical events, leaders, colonization, and historical flags are inherently more sensitive to dates and definitions than a modern capital. The game treats them as time-bounded facts. A historical relationship should not be read as a claim about modern sovereignty or identity.
Cuisine and culture
Food does not fit perfectly inside modern borders. Cuisine questions identify a country strongly associated with a dish in the game dataset; they are not intended to claim exclusive ownership. Shared regional traditions and migration are part of the reason cuisine is useful for learning geography.
Exports
Export rankings can change with prices and trade patterns. Export questions should be understood as contemporary snapshots rather than permanent characteristics of a country.
Corrections
Geographic and historical data can contain errors or become outdated. If you find a questionable answer, use the contact information linked from the About page and include the mode, question, and correction. Corrections are reviewed against reliable reference sources before the game data is changed.
Editorial principle
The goal is not to maximize the number of facts on a page. The goal is to connect facts into a mental map: shape, location, neighbors, culture, history, and economy. The Field Guide contains original explanations designed to give those quiz facts context.
